1. What are your rental requirements?

 

To rent a jetski, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID. We also require a $1000 security deposit and a signed rental agreement.​

2. How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.​

 

3. Are there any restrictions on where I can ride the jetski?​

 

Yes, there are designated riding areas and speed limits on certain water bodies. Our staff will provide you with a map and instructions before your rental. For safety reasons, you must stay within sight of our designated area and avoid venturing too far where we cannot see you

4. What is included in the rental package?

Our rental package includes the jetski, necessary safety equipment (life jackets), and a brief orientation on how to operate the jetski safely.​

 

5. Do I need a boating license to rent a jetski?​

​

In Ontario, you do not need a boating license to rent a jetski. However, all operators must complete a mandatory safety orientation provided by our staff. We offer a $20 discount for customers who have a valid boating license. Please send in a picture of your boating license in time for booking for validate the discount.

 

6. What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my reservation?​

 

If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds), we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a refund.​

 

7. Can I rent a jetski for multiple days?

Currently, we offer rentals on a daily basis only. Multi-day rentals are not available.

 

8. Is there a minimum age requirement for passengers?

 

Yes, passengers must be at least 6 years old. Please bring your own life jacket for children, as we only provide adult sizes in small, medium, large, and XXL.

 

9. What safety measures do you have in place?

 

We prioritize safety and provide thorough instructions on jetski operation and safety guidelines before each rental. All jetskis undergo regular maintenance and safety checks.​

12. Are pets allowed on the jetski?

 

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the jetski during rentals.​
